Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use FinBot. If you use FinBot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

FinBot provides AI-assisted analysis tools for financial documents. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

FinBot is an informational software service. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or fiduciary services. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, out-of-date, or unsuitable for your particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and should not rely on FinBot as the sole basis for financial, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or other professional decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain rights to documents and other content you submit. By using FinBot, you give us a non-exclusive, limited license to host, process, store, transmit, analyze, secure, and display your content only as needed to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• misuse the service or interfere with its operation
• upload content you do not have the right to use
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity

Some features may require a paid subscription when offered. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing interval, and plan features presented at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the method provided at checkout or in your account. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and may provide additional notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

FinBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinBot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to FinBot in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security reasons, or if needed to protect the service and other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation will take effect as described at checkout or in your account settings.

The sections on Your Content, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and any payment obligations that accrued before termination will survive termination.
